Weekly summary

It feels as though it's been so long since I last posted! Unfortunately this week I've stayed the same - which I know is still better than gaining but I am a bit disappointed as I've been working out more regularly this week than in the past few!

So that means I need to lose 7lbs in the next 4 weeks to reach my renewed WAMK target... hmm, do-able but I'm not sure if I'll get there but I'm still putting my all in. I've made myself a stir fry for this week's lunch - it was so easy and quick to do and tastes great! Mushrooms, broccoli, beef and noodles, yum :)

I may be a bit quiet here for the next week or so as I've got a huge exam coming up next week which I'm petrified about so will be doing a lot of revision for that. Otherwise, I hope everyone else is well and I expect that I'll keep up with everyone else even if I'm not updating myself!

  1. Good luck studying for your exam! You can hit that 7lb loss. Just make sure to avoid munching on unhealthy foods while you study.
