Weekly summary

Despite not having the best week this week as I've had a couple of days where I've been ill and haven't tracked I've managed to lose 1lb, an inch from my thighs and 1/2 an inch from my hips which I'm really pleased about as they're my problem areas!

Today I started using the Davina Ultimate Target DVD and I'm still aching! I only did the warm-up, brilliant boot camp and cool down but that in itself took around an hour and really worked. Having worked out in the morning has actually made it much easier to make more sound decisions food wise and I've scheduled in times to do it and am actually looking forward to it, Davina really makes me laugh in it, as well as Mark and from what I've seen and done so far I'd definitely recommend it but I'll let you know once I've done more!
