WAMK 10 week pledge
Where Are My Knees are running a 10 week pledge amongst their followers as Monday marks 10 weeks until Christmas Eve (!!) which creates a milestone for many people and marks a significant time for most people to set goals for. There's several goals that I want to meet -
Firstly, and in my opinion most importantly, I am pledging to exercise at least 3 times a week so that I can tone up, lose weight more effectively and get fitter in time for the Christmas period.
Secondly, I am pledging to lose at least 7lbs by Christmas and lose at least an inch from my hips and thighs, although this doesn't sound like much over 10 weeks that is as an absolute minimum and I will aim for higher.
Thirdly, I am pledging to try out some new recipes for dinners and lunches as I feel I'm stuck in a bit of a rut with the food I eat and only having one or two meals I know how to do with certain meats, so I just want to try and be a bit more adventurous!
I think this is a really great idea to do in the countdown to Christmas, I'll update on these goals weekly and good luck to anyone else who's getting involved :)
