According to the Boots scales I've had a 2lb loss! I'm really pleased with this and it's been reflected in my measurements too -0.2 inch arms, -0.5 inch waist and thighs, -1inch hips!
I think replacing my 'bad' carbs with wholewheat alternatives and generally reducing my carb intake has really helped. I've been tracking everything I've been eating and, on the whole, I've been drinking more water and putting more effort into planning my meals which has meant that I've not missed meals due to being unprepared. Ultimately, I've managed not to binge on bad foods when they've been in and although I know it sounds like a complete basic no-no, I'm really proud of myself for managing not to even after a crappy day which is the way I'd usually react.
I've been placating my sweet tooth with raspberry tea (0 calories!!) options hot chocolate and, being the complete ice cream fiend that I am, banana and raspberry soft serve which I absolutely love and can't wait to try with other fruits like mango!
I feel as though I'm finally getting myself into a routine that I can really work with, although I need to add in some more exercise and plan my workouts on days that I'm not rushing about. How has everyone's week been?
